Managing people within an organization is a necessary process that plays a huge role in the success of the organization. Behavioral theory provided the conceptual framework for developing the research constructs, design, and questions for this study. This behavioral theory of leadership is based on the idea that all behaviors are acquired through conditioning. The theory is used to understand organizational leaders' behaviors in improving employee morale and motivation to improve business performances. Semi-structured interviews were used in data collection to allow the 10 participants to further elaborate on their responses. Purposive sampling method was used in identifying the research participants. The collected data was analyzed using thematic data analysis method. It was found that establishing clear boundaries and expectations help leaders to get the best out of their employees and achieve strong organizational performance. This study also found that assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the employees is important in positively impacting the organizational performance. For organizational leaders, the findings of this study show that effective organizational leadership can be achieved by creating clear professional boundaries and expectations. The limitation of this study was that the results cannot be generalized to the larger population due to the small sample size used and qualitative methodology.
